These Terms apply to all visitors, online users, and dine-in customers using our services.
Reservations can be made by phone, website, or in person. Please arrive on time for your booking. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes without notice, we may release your table to other guests. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any reservation at our discretion.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, or approved digital payment methods. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds may not be possible unless an error occurs on our part. Please check all order details carefully before confirming.
Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens, and although we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free.
Refunds are only provided if an incorrect or damaged item is received. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For dine-in orders, refunds are not applicable once food has been served unless agreed upon by management.
MasalaBot aims to provide a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any individual to leave in cases of disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
